Remember that our good spiritual life depends on our servitude to God and nourish the body and blood of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, he is our true bread that came down from heaven, to satisfy our hunger, as he said, I am the bread of life. Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness and died. This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die. I am the living bread which came down from heaven; If anyone eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
