I Coríntios 1.27.

I Coríntios 10.13. I João 4.4. Romanos 8.31.

I coríntios 15.20.

I Coríntios 15.16-18. I Tessalonicenses 4.16-17.

"Worshiping OWN BODY"

For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the present and the life that is to come. I Timothy 4:8.

Looking closely, the letter of the Apostle Paul, Timothy Young, we see the beautiful and glorious Apostle's advice, about the body, so be careful not to be worshiped, putting beauty in the first place, since everything we put in the first place in our lives, we will do the opposite of what Jesus taught us; Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added. Matthew 6:33. In the Sermon on the Mount, the Master taught his disciples the standard of living of the true worshiper, and when you need something, do not worry because we have a heavenly Father who takes care of even the lilies of the field, and the more of us, and teaches us, that nothing in this world will be a priority in our lives, not to be the Kingdom of God and his righteousness, including our bodies, we see that the Apostle also have the same concern in his teaching, bodily exercise, to some value, he said he has no use, but little, because it has another primary need, which is to sanctify the spirit, soul and body, as I Thessalonians 5:23. No sin is concerned with the body, beautify yourself, dress well, present beautiful and fragrant in society, sin is worshiping his own body, instead of worshiping God, worshiping the body, the person doing idol himself, forgetting that any kind of idolatry is sin. Jesus told John in Revelation of Revelation, that idolaters will be out of heaven, along with others who practice the ungodliness, and love and maketh a lie. Revelation 22:15.

As studies of the Portuguese VI Congress of Sociology, New University of Lisbon, Faculty of social sciences and humanities, meeting from 25 to 28 June 2008, discoursed on the theme: "Social Worlds knowledge and practices." Based on this article, concluded that the relations between the ideal body type, and the investments made by teenagers, usually diets and exercise, in a consumer society, the beliefs and conventions are replaced by flexibility and mobility, allowing this mode, and through their own consumption, transforming the representations of 'good life' in reality. Therefore the construction of the "I" translates into the possession of desired goods and the pursuit of lifestyles that involves a date body construction. Merges internal health concern and preoccupation with the external appearance, movement and body control. Although Congress cited two key factors in consumer society; diet and exercise, which according to scholars of Congress, bodily investments are used to preserve life, increasing their pleasures, passing to consume, spend and satisfy the desire: The body in consumer culture is then a vehicle pleasure. We show how, based on social comparison, adolescents develop social strategies adopted to achieve the kind of body that allow them a new form of social mobility. At that congress, was presented to the thesis of the British sociologist Anthony Giddens, the cult of the body and appearance conceals so concern with the active control and the construction of the body through the various options of lifestyles that allows reflexive modernity . There is then a kind of fusion between internal health concern and preoccupation with the external appearance, movement and body control. So today to have a muscular body, toned, firm, symbolizes a correct social attitude, since it reflects a concern with the way it looks to others. Consumption and investment in body image refers to behaviors performed by individuals to maintain or enhance their appearance, even citing the sociocultural context, are nevertheless behaviors that may involve a number of risks to health, in the sense that some are even symptoms of eating disorders. Includes, in addition to physical exercise, drinking plenty of water, skipping meals, counting calories food, or smoke, and a group considered extreme behavior, in the sense of being hazardous to health: fast, make quick diets, taking diuretics, vomiting, taking diet pills and laxatives, BTW, the last three behaviors, such as vomiting, taking diet pills and using laxatives to lose weight, belongs to the group of pathogenic weight control practices. This whole situation, referenced by Congress, says the practice of the cult of the body, when they fail to fulfill their desires, they face a depressing life, finding herself ugly and excluded from society, as in fasting to lose weight, does not have any advantage spiritual, we should fast, to have fellowship with God, but also to difficult situations and humanly impossible to be solved, and not for the beauty of our bodies. Of course, we can not be relaxed to the point of leaving the body in any way, we have to care, care of the same, as is the temple of the Holy Spirit, as Paul said: Know ye not that your body is the temple the Holy Spirit who dwells in you, from God, and ye are not your own? I Corinthians 6:19. However, we have to differentiate between ensuring, caring, up idolizing or worshiping one's own body, being selfish for yourself, no mercy, no worries about the Kingdom of God and his righteousness, much less with his fellow, since all attention is focused on himself, some people are not reaching their goals, leaving their bodies in the manner of modern society, even take their own lives. Some experts in this matter, they name corpolatria, which is the exaggerated preoccupation with the body, is a kind of disease of modernity, the care are not linked to health, but physical beauty. It is also appropriate to say that the male vanity is too high, there is growing for this unique public spaces, and are competing with women attending beauty salons, gyms, anabolic take up to have their shapely bodies, and increased muscle, to get the six pack stomach, but the soul and the spirit, crying and moaning in anguish within himself, with wishes of true worship as we advise the Apostle Paul says: I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice holy and acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. Romans 12:1. Instead of worshiping our body is better cultuarmos God presenting our bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, worshiping Him with all our heart, the beauty of his holiness, because it is the only one who deserves worship and adoration .

The Apostle Peter gives advice to women regarding adornment, and physical beautification, and thus said: Considering your chaste fear and procedure. Not your adornment be that outward adorning of braiding hair, the lace trims of gold or of apparel, but it is the man who is hidden in the heart, with the incorruptible dress of a meek and quiet spirit, which is of great worth before God. For thus also adorned another time the holy women who trusted in God, and is subject to their husbands. I Peter 3:2-5. So that our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, we must open the doors of our hearts to Him to do in us, their housing, there will understand how valuable cultuarmos is God, not us, and that also our idol is only one who died on the cross for us, and is alive forever, even as he identified himself, when he appeared to John on Patmos and he said: and he that liveth and was dead; behold, I am alive forevermore. And I have the keys of death and hell. Revelation 1.18. To this we must give all our honor, praise and worship, because one day He died for us on the cross of Calvary; Who gave himself for us to redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. Titus 2.14. Amen

"The ENVY AND JEALOUSY IS THE WORKS OF SATAN."

The tranquil heart is the life of the flesh; but envy the rottenness of the bones. Proverbs 14:30.
For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. James. 3.16.

Two cunning and devious traps, components of the same junction, both wholly owned by the satanic command, are the envy and jealousy. According to the definition of the word envy, according to the dictionary of the Portuguese language means Aurelius: Displeasure or weigh the good and the happiness of others, or even violent desire to possess the good of others. As for jealousy, is a jealous spite, therefore, understand that the two demonic attitudes are correlated with each other. Envy is so cruel that Solomon goes on to say, that causes the bones rot, summarizing mean, cause death, the apostle Paul says that envy is part of package wicked sins as fornication, wickedness, covetousness, wickedness, murder, strife, deceit, malignity. Romans 1.29. The Apostle Paul also expresses the contrast between love and jealousy, and says: Love is patient, is kind; love does not envy; love does not trifle with, is not puffed up. I Corinthians 13.4. Most striking is that the envious are part of our cycle of friends, our convivial and well arrivals sometimes are in our own home, in the case of Joseph of Egypt, his brothers out of jealousy, he was beloved his father, sold to the Ishmaelites of Gilead, in the spirit if they are our brothers who are around us, greet us, shake our hands, say they love us, and worst of all, want to see our order, no envious want the welfare of the one being envied, as the popular saying goes, he wants to pull the rug from the other, at any cost, to take his place, or even want until the death of another, as well as bankruptcy, as to material goods, the first case of envy, took place in heaven, locking up a spiritual battle, when the angel of God more confidence, rebelled against the Almighty, filling superb pride and envy, wanting to be equal God, why was cast out of heaven below. Isaiah 14:12-15.

So terrible is the envy, that neither Jesus escaped envious, as described by the evangelist Mark; for he knew that for envy the chief priests had delivered him. Mark 15:10. The chief priests, who in the Old Testament, as in the new were among the Hebrews, consecrated persons and ordered of God, and the Lord had envy, since they could not work the miracles that Jesus performed, and gave the criminals to be crucified like also happened to Isaac when a drought occurred, and famine devastated the entire region of Canaan, but the Lord commands from Isaac to another region, since going down to Egypt, and he was to Generate Abimaleque which reigned in the land of Philistines, and there the Lord has blessed you greatly multiplying their crops, ie, God added his formula hundredfold, planted and harvested one hundred, and he began to dig their wells to give water to their animals, and also for drinking, and thus prospered greatly enriching, and becoming mighty in that region, and this caused jealousy among the Philistines, and began clogging wells with debris, and Isaac had to relocate to the valley of Gerar, and there, God also blessed him greatly, as Genesis chapter twenty-six. Now we analyze the following; if Jesus, being the Son of God, has not escaped the envious, imagine if there happen to us, it is clear that yes, who has ministry, someone in your living, the envy, and other positions in the church, or even in our Christian life, or in our everyday life, we are always envious of targets, however; when someone jealous of us, is cause for loud glorify God, because no one is jealous of a rapist, a robber, a thief, a pedophile, if you envy me and you, it is because we are blessed by God , loved and cherished by your love, as I John 4:19. It should be said, that victory for those who are targets of envious, is humbling himself patiently, and remain under the powerful hand of God, so that when their time, He (God Himself) may exalt you, I mean; earn the victory. James 4.10. Otherwise suffer detriment, or even death, because the action of envy is totally evil and diabolical. In the case of Joseph in Egypt, he won because he humbled himself, and became dependent on God, and God exalted him him as governor of Egypt, so also Isaac won, remaining humble in the presence of God, with patience, and God became one of the richest men of the region, and his enemy King Abimelech, surrendered and confessed saying, now I know that thou blessed of the Lord. Genesis 26.28-31.
As for jealousy, envy differs slightly, it is also controlled by satan, which the opening verse of our text, recorded by the Apostle St. James, where there is jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there is disorder and every evil work; then realize that such an attitude is not of God, and also have someone who claims to have holy jealousy, we will never sanctify that which is evil, many misinterpret a verse in the bible that says so: Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain : The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy? James 4.5. We see that the Apostle asks a question, not a statement, continuing to read, in the next verse where we find the answer yes, presents a statement saying: But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. Others say that God's jealousy means zeal, another wrong version, God has so much for all your zeal, but have nothing to do jealousy, jealous, achievements are the result of God of his great love, and need not be jealous. In everyday life, happens a lot between spouses, submit jealous of each other, but the result is not good, and exactly what happens Apostle James says that where there is jealousy, there is confusion and every evil work. James 3:16, then we conclude that jealousy is a bad, connotation incompatible with the character of God.

When we find a jealous person, that person expresses the fear of losing something, or lack of full confidence evidently does not bring good result, it becomes sickly, and Satan takes the opportunity to interfere in the case, complicating the situation further, leading even suicide or murder, because that's your role as Jesus referred to the enemy of our souls, calling him a thief, and said: the thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life and have it more abundantly. John 10:10. Finally, we conclude that neither envy nor jealousy belong to God, because according to Paul, are fruits of the works of the flesh, and who does them, shall not inherit the kingdom of God as the text says: Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousies, wraths, factions, contentions, parties, envy, drunkenness, orgies , and things like these, of which I forewarn you before as I have forewarned you that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. Galatians 5:19-21. So there is no holy envy, jealousy nor holy, God is not in this business, are designs and traps of Satan, and many have fallen on the.
